Dr. Timothy (Timbo) Fowler
Associational Mission Strategist
Dr. Timbo Fowler draws on decades of ministry to serve pastors and assist the churches of the CBA. He planted and continues to serve as Pastor of One Hope Church in Tucson.
He and his wife, Robin, have four sons and five grandchildren. He earned a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty University School of Divinity.
Melissa Posey
Administrative Assistant
Melissa has an extensive background in administration and financial management. She is a member of Enchanted Hills Baptist Church, where she is involved in Women's Ministry.
She is married to Aaron, her high school sweetheart, and they have one son, Luke.
Rev. Juan Peralta
Spanish Church Coordinator
Pastor Juan M. Peralta Jr. is the Senior Pastor of Iglesia Kairos. He is married to his wife Ruth, and they have five children. Pastor Juan serves his church and also ministers to pastors and leaders in the community. He has studied chaplaincy, biblical counseling, and pastoral studies, which helps him care for people and teach the Bible.

Vance loves Missions... Here, there, and everywhere. Let’s GO! He and his wife Julie have five children and ten(currently) grandchildren.
Eldon Curry
Facilities Manager
Eldon is a Retired 20-year U. S. Air Force Veteran. He then spent 22 years working for Bowe Bell & Howell as a Customer Support and New Product Support Engineer. He now enjoys doing Handyman work at Emmanuel Baptist Church, where he is a member. He is also active in Arizona Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Ministry.
He is married to Donna for 55 years, they have a son and daughter and 4 grandchildren.

Mitch Wright
Prayer Team Leader
Mitch Wright Has been prayer coordinator for the association for over ten years. As an octogenarian he is coming to see that John Wesley is correct, "God will do nothing but in answer to prayer." He hopes prayer will become a priority in your life, in your church, and in the association.
Jeff Vanderford
Church Planting Consultant
Jeff Vanderford is the pastor of Authentic Life Church God called him from Kansas City to Tucson in 2014 to plant their church. Jeff & his church have helped plant two other churches in the Tucson area. He also loves coming alongside planters and church plants to encourage them and help however he can. Jeff loves Tucson and wants to see as many come to know and follow Jesus as possible.
Jeff married his wife, Jessica, in 2004. They have four children.
Aaron Petre
Worship Ministry Consultant
Pastor Aaron Petre, with extensive training and experience in leading worship for churches of all sizes, is passionate about amplifying excellence and collaboration in worship.
Currently, the senior pastor at Enchanted Hills Baptist Church, he holds a Master of Theological Studies degree from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary. Married for 29 years to Martha, they have three adult children.
Paul Pyle
Evangelism Consultant
Paul Pyle came to southern Arizona from central Ohio in July 2023 to be the Lead Pastor at Mountain View Baptist in Northwest Tucson; where he gladly traded the winter cold for the summer heat! Paul is married to his sweetheart of 30 years, Rachel Pyle. Together, they have 2 adult children, Ashton and Mason.
Brain Ozbrin
Youth Ministry Consultant
Brian is serving as the youth minister at FSBC Tucson. He has been leading the youth for 6 years with his wife of 29 years Makena. Together, they have served in the church for over 20 years in children/youth ministry. They have 2 married sons and 1 grandson. Brian is currently going to Gateway Seminary for his MTE.
Bob Bedell
Finance Team Chair
Bob Bedell is a retired financial advisor with over 40 years of experience. He is a member of Sabino Road Baptist Church and serves as a Trustee, Deacon, and leads an adult Bible study.
He and his wife, Meredith, have two children, five grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
Edna Gilliland
Women's Missionary Union (W.M.U) Consultant
Married for 58 years, has two daughters, 3 granddaughters, and 1 great granddaughter.
Graduated from Catalina High School and Durham's Business College. Studied computers and financial accounting at Pima College. Attended Oklahoma Baptist University to become a trainer in Literacy - Teaching Adults to Read and Write English. Southern Baptist Certified Ministry Assistant.
Served in my church, association, and the AZ State Convention as Acteen Director, Recording Secretary, CWJC Trainer, Adult Consultant, and WMU Director.
Retired from the State of Arizona, Vocational Rehabilitation as a Purchasing Technician.
